Before dispatch
Each order is checked and packed before international handoff. Processing usually takes 2 to 5 business days before the carrier receives the parcel.
Shipping cost
US orders ship with a flat rate of $6.99. Rest-of-world orders ship with a flat rate of $9.99. Orders over $120 qualify for free shipping where available.
Returns and exchanges
Unworn pieces may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging. Opened or worn earrings are not returnable unless defective or incorrect.
Duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes, customs charges, and return postage are the customer responsibility unless the order arrives defective or incorrect.
