Return window

Unworn pieces may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging.

How to request a return

Contact us with your order number, item name, reason for return, and clear photos when relevant.

Do not send items back before receiving return instructions.

Jewelry hygiene note

Opened or worn earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

Report defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

When the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, refund, or other suitable resolution.

Return postage

Return postage is the customer responsibility for preference-based returns.

If the order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a suitable remedy after review.
