Unworn pieces may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, complete, and in original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, opened or worn earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or incorrect. Return postage is the customer responsibility unless the order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
